Ernst and Leigh-Ann van Rensburg are the proud owners of Pienk Skool Coffee Roasters. Ernst’s lifelong love for coffee and desire for understanding every step of the process led him to explore the field of coffee roasting a number of years ago. Their coffee shop has been trading since September 2018 and since then, roasting their own coffee has been part of the planning. In 2022, after several expansions at The Lounge, PSCR was born. In a matter of two weeks, the decision was made, roaster bought and first green beans hand-picked from the importers. The rest, as they say, is history! Ernst and Leigh-Ann have a great passion for exploring flavours, being adventurous and getting the most out of every origin coffee we can get our hands on.
